Let them soak overnight and sprout the next day.
Raw Cardamom Ginger Porridge
serves 1

what you need:
1 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp. cardamom
1/4 avocado
1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
1/2 cup sprouted activated buckwheat groats
1 small pear, chopped
And some blueberries
what to do:
In a high speed blender blend all ingredients until you get a nice thick porridge. Serve with fresh slices of pear and enjoy! This can be made in larger batches and stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 days. Porridge can also easily be made in a food processor.
