Carrot Cumin Orange Puree

what you need:
2cups or 250gr of grated carrots
1 cup of cashews ( soaked and sprouted)
1 cup or 240ml of water
1/2 tbsp of salt
1/2 tbsp of cumin
1 generous pinch of black pepper
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 drop of orange essential or or some orange zest
to do:
Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend untill a fine and sumptuous dip... very creamy!
You really need a high speed blender to reach this creamy texture.
Variation:
If you add 1 or 2 cups of water, you can create a very easy carrot soup.
You can add some spices to reach desired flavor
to dip
