made out of raw cacao and avocado, you could easily eat this for breakfast!
raw cacao powder is essential for this dish. it might be a bit more expensive but the health benefits are endless. Raw cacao powder is full of anti-oxidants, and a little goes a long way!
Raw chocolate mousse

Serves: 4
What do you need:
2 large, ripe avocados
½ cup of raw cacao powder
¼ cup rw honey
1 tsp pure vanilla-extract
½ cup of fresh berries
some mint leaves for a finishing touch
what to do:
Scoop out the avocado and into a blender.
Add the cacao powder, honey, vanilla extract and blend for a minute or two.
Scoop the mixture into a bowl and place in the fridge overnight or as lonf as you can wait.
Divide the 'mousse' in serving bowls or a glass, and add some berries and mint for the finishing touch.
