Goji Berry Dressing

what you need:
1/ cup goji berries
1/2 blood orange zest nd juice or 1 clementine
1/4 cup hot water - maybe less
chilli pepper
1 handfull brazil nuts
1 handful cashews
1 pinch sea salt
1 garlic clove
what to do:
clean the goij berries under water
cover the goji berries with water for about 15min to soften.
place the berries with nuts and garlic in a high mixing jar, and wiz with an immersion blender or use a high speed blender.
add chili and salt.
to serve
you can use this dip or dressing on any salad or with crudite!
or smear it on toast like butter!
