A delicious, fresh and fruity salad of green papaya, ripe papaya, smashed cherry tomato, peanuts, lime and coriander!
Papayas Lime Cilantro Crunch Salad

What you need:
Green Papaya
Smashed Cherry Tomatoes
Papaya
Peanuts and Cashews - roasted
Lime Juice and Lime Zest
a bunch of cilantro
optional:
avocado
water of the tomatoes blended with olive oil
himalayan sea salt
coconut yoghurt
What to do:
Chop of the desired amount of green papaya, papaya. Roast the peanuts and cashews and slightly crush them using the blade of a knife.
Smash the cherry tomatoes using your fingers or a fork.
Squeeze a ton of lime juice on top, and grate some zest of the lime on top.
Added a shredded bunch of cilantro.
Add some seasalt...
Done
You could add avocado, some coconut yoghurt,a bit of honey if desired...
Delicious,fresh, gut cleaning and beneficial for overall health!
