Coconut and chocolate pudding

To make:
1 can coconut milk or 400ml
1 sachet agar agar
3 tbsp rice syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the chocolate sauce:
- some raw cacao powder
- some coconut oil (depending on desired thickness)
What to do:
Mix all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Let it boil for two minutes and then pour into the molds. I used two coffee cups that i lined with plastic foil. Let it set for at least one hour in the fridge. When it is time for dessert, melt some raw cacao with coconut oil, au bain marie and pour over the pudding.
