what you need
65g watercress
160g mango, peeled & roughly chopped 1
10g cucumber, roughly chopped
1/2 an avocado
4 dried, unsulphured apricots
8g parsley
350ml water
1/2 a tsp of either spirulina, maca, baobab or watercress powder or your choice of supergreens
what to do
Place all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until velvety smooth and drink immediately.
