Gingered rawapple

What you will need:
45g of green lentil sprouts - or just sprouts
1 apple, cored
1tbsp ginger, peeled and minced
1/3 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 avocado
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
for serving
1tsp maple syrup
a few slices of apple
pumpkin seeds
What to do:
add all the ingredients to a blander and pulse away.
serve with a few slices of apple and a good drizzle of maple syrup
add some pumpkin seeds for some crunch!
