what you need:
Acai Blend - or acai superfood
300 g (10 ½ oz/2 cups) frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
2 frozen sliced bananas
4 tbsp acai powder
250 ml (8. fl oz/1 cup) unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 tbsp of any of the following: nut or seed butter, plant-based protein powders (made from hemp seeds, brown rice, sprouted peas or seeds), or soaked nuts or seeds I've added some avocado to the mix
Topping: fresh fruit, sliced hemp seeds bee pollen goji berries
